Some of the main areas I help in are anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. A primary focus that is close to my heart is helping to equip and encourage others with chronic pain and chronic illness. As a child who has experienced chronic illness myself, I understand the challenges that can arise from such difficulties. I want to encourage others on their way to wellness.

Education and Background
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and obtained my master’s degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Children and Families at the University of Texas in Arlington. I completed the 3000 clinical hours under supervision required for counseling as an independent practitioner.
I have been practicing for several years in various roles within the counseling and social work field. After finishing my graduate degree, I gained additional knowledge working at a pain management clinic. I also have had experience providing therapeutic interventions at behavior modification centers, substance abuse programs, and outpatient clinics. Each of these settings has provided me with a deeper understanding of both practice techniques and the ability to effectively address your specific needs.
It is because of this personal and professional background that I see health and wellness from a holistic viewpoint. I would be honored to collaborate with you on your mental health journey.
