Hello! Welcome to Ridglea Family Guidance! I am glad you are taking the next steps to move forward. I believe everyone has the ability to change; it is just willingness that is needed. You are showing great initiative by taking the time to look into your options. As you know, there are and will always be challenges in life, but I offer you one important message to hold onto: There is hope and you have it within yourself! No matter where you are in life - whatever pain you face and feel - healing can happen. Counseling can provide real answers. I will partner with you exploring ways to help you in the day to day of your life. Your passions will be explored and applied to provide more opportunities for healthy outlets of stress relief. I come to you with humility, respect, and a dose of humor on the side. I see counseling as a way to connect with you, not just a form of “talk therapy.” I like to incorporate activities you enjoy so we can collaborate together in a low stress manner.

A little bit about myself is that I am a Licensed Master Social Worker under the supervision of Cheryl Dielman. Along with my degree, I have had great experience in many settings. I am native Texan who is always up for sports talk and finding any new kind of music. I truly enjoy being with people and helping anyone and everyone, from children and adolescents, to adults and elder adults. Some of the areas I most frequently give guidance in are depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, chronic illness, and difficult relationships. I offer both in-person and telehealth options to provide you a setting that best fits your needs and schedule. Therapy is a relationship, worth time and effort, but finding the right fit is important. So, if any of these words resonated with you, I encourage you to take the next step and see how we can partner together.
