I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with an emphasis in Mental Health and Substance Use. I am EMDR trained and IFS-informed, working under clinical supervision to continue deepening my clinical skills. I currently provide both individual and group counseling, supporting clients as they work through a variety of mental health and life challenges. I have additional training and experience in play therapy, allowing me to engage clients in developmentally appropriate and creative ways. I enjoy helping individuals navigate trauma, especially when traditional talk therapy has not provided the relief they are seeking. Clients often describe me as caring, compassionate, and bubbly, and I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where healing and growth can occur.
